John is Logan City’s local Notary Public. He is one of only 147 qualified notaries registered to perform such functions throughout the whole of Qld. John was the original principal of Mclaughlin & Associates Lawyers, retiring from the firm in 2023 after having served the local community for over 36 years. Michael is a senior, well regarded lawyer. Michael is admitted as a solicitor ​of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the Supreme Court of New South Wales. He is entered on the Register of Practitioners of the High Court of Australia. He was admitted as a solicitor in Queensland in 1978 after serving his articles with a prominent Brisbane CBD firm. He remained there until 1991 when he moved to the Gold Coast to take up a senior position with a prominent Southport firm. In over 40 years in practice, Michael has gained wide experience focusing on disputes and dispute resolution including litigation.

Daniel is our senior commercial and property solicitor. Admitted as a solicitor in Queensland in 2011, for many years Daniel has assisted business owners, directors and executives navigate a wide range of legal issues that arise in business. Daniel is known and regarded for his practical advice in complex commercial transactions, business structures, commercial leasing and legal disputes. Daniel is admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland and is on the roll of practitioners with the High Court of Australia.

Chloe is our Wills & Estates Lawyer. Coming from an established Wills & Estates background, Chloe has spent her career providing advice to clients on Wills, Estate Administration, Property, Foreign Buyer Acquisitions, Leasing and Loans. With her unique knowledge in property and commercial law, Chloe can provide advice to executors in dealing with gifting or disposing estate property. Chloe thrives in assisting her clients in providing practical advice and strategies to meet their current and future needs.

Linh assists our Property and Commercial Team. With a passion for learning and a can-do attitude, Linh is always ready to tackle any challenge head-on and provide support to her colleagues whenever needed. Beyond the office, Linh enjoys travelling, exploring new cuisines and cultures and bringing a touch of adventure to both work and play.

Jessica Faull is our Practice Manager. She has a wealth of experience in practice management and oversees the management of the Firm. Jessica, is a local girl and is an integral part of the Firm. She has demonstrated experience implementing technology and projects within small and large organisations.

Alana is our Conveyancing Manager and leads our Conveyancing Team. With over 18 years’ experience in conveyancing there is nothing she has not seen before. Alana is known for her can do attitude and exemplary customer service.
