Harper started her career at the tender age of 12 weeks, she followed Sir Henri around literally step by step even trying to sleep in his bed and it didn’t take long before she was a seasoned employee.
Harper is very punctual, every morning she does the rounds of the office to say hello to every staff member then following Sir Henri’s lead she sleeps on the job unless woken to greet clients and then she wants a reward….. Smackos !
Harper loves the attention, wearing hats, Easter outfits, Christmas outfits and even just her pjs in winter.

Henri is the most popular member of our team, a friend to clients and their children and a welcome companion to alleviate those stressful moments. As a rescue dog, he knows how important having a home is and is in our office to calm you.

Joseph began his career in law in 2017 and has since accrued over 2 years industry experience in property and commercial law. During this time, he has completed a Bachelor of Laws, providing him with a crucial understanding of where commercial sense and legal knowledge intersect to provide the best outcomes to clients. Joseph prides himself on his attention to detail and ability to work under pressure, he always thrives to deliver quality work in an efficient, professional & cost-effective manner. Joseph is fluent in reading and speaking Mandarin. Dominic’s main practice area is commercial, property and retirement law. Dominic is admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland and is also a member of the Queensland Law Society and Logan & Scenic Rim Law Association. He completed his Bachelor of Laws at QUT and also undertook his Practical Legal Training at QUT.

Michael is a senior, well regarded lawyer. Michael is admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the Supreme Court of New South Wales. He is entered on the Register of Practitioners of the High Court of Australia.
He was admitted as a solicitor in Queensland in 1978 after serving his articles with a prominent Brisbane CBD firm. He remained there until 1991 when he moved to the Gold Coast to take up a senior position with a prominent Southport firm.
In over 40 years in practice, Michael has gained wide experience. He has always been a ‘court lawyer’ focusing on disputes and dispute resolution including litigation. For some years on the Gold Coast, he also practised in criminal law. While now concentrating on commercial and civil litigation, that criminal law experience can be useful in civil disputes and quasi-criminal matters, especially dealing with the police and investigations and prosecutions by regulatory authorities such as ASIC, occupational and professional bodies, government departments and local councils.
Michael has acted in cases in most Queensland courts including the Supreme Court of Queensland and the Court of Appeal, state courts of New South Wales including the Supreme Court of New South Wales, other state jurisdictions including Victoria and Western Australia, and federal courts including the High Court of Australia and the Federal Court of Australia.
Shelley is vastly experienced in Family Law, Wills and Estates. She holds dual degrees with a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours). Shelley has been practicing law for over 26 years and brings all that experience to each and every one of her clients. Shelley is also a qualified collaborative family lawyer. This means Shelley is experienced in assisting all parties who are involved in negotiating settlement utilising the collaborative process of mutual decision making in order to avoid costly Court proceedings. This collaborative approach is not suitable for every couple but for the right people it is an alternative and respectful way of dealing with marriage breakdown and children. Where a collaborative approach is not suitable, Shelley will strive to resolve her clients’ issues without the need to go to Court, but in the event Court proceedings are necessary, Shelley will ensure that her clients’ case is thoroughly prepared to achieve the best possible outcome. Being a good lawyer is more than just knowing the law. It is about the experience one can bring to the table and one’s “bedside manner” in speaking to clients in a very friendly, respectful and supportive manner. Shelley has this together with the ability to quickly earn her clients’ trust and confidence which is imperative in the fields she practices.
