Same Sex Couples
Thankfully same sex couples are now viewed in the same manor, in the eyes of the Court as heterosexual couples.
Unfortunately, relationships of same sex couples are just as prone to breakdown as heterosexual couples.
Same sex couples still need to ensure that they have proper Wills and Enduring Power of Attorney's, Advanced Health Directives and can even have their own form of "Pre-nup Agreement". If couples split they can now have recourse to the Courts to resolve property disputes.
